Void Authorization
In the PrestaShop Mastercard payment module, you have the option to perform a void transaction. This functionality is specifically available for orders that have been authorized but not yet captured, configured as “Authorize” orders.
To void a transaction in the PrestaShop Mastercard payment module, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to: PrestaShop > Orders.
2. Select the order to void and click to open it.
3. In the Mastercard Payment Actions (Online) box, located at the bottom left of the right-hand window, click on the Void Authorization button to void the funds. Once the payment is voided, the order status will automatically update to Canceled.
