Refund
Refunds can be processed through your Orders page. To Full refund an order:
1. Navigate to: PrestaShop > Orders.
2. Select the order to refund and click to open it.
3. In the Mastercard Payment Actions (Online) box, found at the bottom left of the right-hand window, click the Full Refund button to return the entire amount. Once the refund is processed, the order status will automatically update to Refunded, returning the full captured amount to the cardholder.
To initiate a partial refund for an order:
1. Navigate to: PrestaShop > Orders.
2. Select the order to refund and click to open it.
3. Locate and click on the Partial Refund button to refund a portion of the captured amount for that order back to the cardholder.
