Online Capture for “Authorise” Transactions
Transactions marked as “Authorise” are pending and require manual action to finalize. Here’s how to complete them using Mastercard Gateway:
1. Locate the Order:
- Go to the Sales section in the OpenCart Admin Panel.
- Click on Orders and find the order you want to process.
2. Open the Order:
- Click on the specific order to view its details.
3. Locate Capture Payment Button:
- Scroll down to find the Capture Payment button in the left corner.
4. Confirmation Popup:
- You will see a popup to confirm the capture of the payment.
- Click the OK button.
This will finalize the transaction and settle the payment through the Mastercard Gateway.
By following these steps, you’ll successfully transition the transaction from Authorized to Complete. This ensures the payment is processed and finalized seamlessly.
