PrestaShop – Mastercard Gateway
Plugins – Simplify migration to Core Gateway
You can find the installed Simplify module in the PrestaShop admin panel. Navigate through Modules → Module Manager → Under the Modules Tab, choose the Category dropdown → Payment.

Any actions related to a Simplify order must be managed exclusively through the Simplify plugin. These actions cannot be performed using the Enterprise plugin.
Uninstallation
You can uninstall the Simplify module by following a few steps. Please refer to the instructions below to complete the process.
1. Navigate to the menu on the left side and follow this path Modules → Module Manager
2. Under the Modules Tab, choose the Category dropdown → Payment.
3. Locate ‘Mastercard Gateway – Simplify’ from the list of payment methods.
4. Click on the dropdown Icon next to it and select the Uninstall option.
5. A prompt will appear— check the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the module folder after uninstallation.
6. Click on ‘Yes, uninstall it’ to proceed.
Once the uninstallation is complete, a success message will appear at the top of the screen, and the module will be removed from the list.
After executing these steps, the Mastercard Gateway – Simplify module will be completely removed from PrestaShop.
